Donations
Donations to DSAM are welcome. It is a beautiful way to honor a birthday, friend, teacher or others you appreciate or love. It is also a nice way to honor the memory of someone. DSAM is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization under the IRS Federal Tax Code and donations are tax-deductible.

Please provdide the type of donation, the name of the person(s) being honored or memorialized if applicable, and mailing address of the person/family so we can send them an acknowledgement. A receipt of the donation will also be sent to you. All donations are acknowledged.
